Services
Most of these services are free to business and residential customers:
- Freely available pallet trucks and trolleys for easy movement of goods and possessions
- Goods receipt and despatch service (By special arrangement)
- Packaging materials shop
- Easily identifiable uniformed staff to greet you and your visitors
- Free and plentiful customer car parking
- Forklift hire
- Easy access - visit when you want as often as you want. Some of our self storage centres have round-the-clock access
- Extra wide corridors - for easy manoeuvring of bulky objects
- Brightly lit corridors with intercoms for customer safety
- Some units which have 24 hour, drive-right-up-to-the-door access
Insurance
The UK Self Storage Association and Space Station require that all customer goods and possessions be insured for loss or damage all the time they are in storage.
Customers can provide proof of cover from their insurance provider, or alternatively, Space Station is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to sell insurance and can offer competitive rates. Please ask any of our staff for further details.
